TX-150 One Hundred Fifty Watt Signal Transmitter
Tx-150 Transmits 19+miles (30km+) signals for long-range transmission pipelines. Based on a fully digital platform, the Tx family of signal transmitters has been designed to complement Radiodetection’s advanced high-precision cable and pipe locators including the PCMx, RD8200 and RD8100MRx Locators. The Tx-150 range is designed to meet the demands of tracing utilities through today’s complex underground infrastructure for miles.
The Tx-150 is a very powerful one hundred fifty watt transmitter. The Tx-150PCM (150W) allows for long range signal detection of up to 30km (20 miles). Significantly fewer pipeline connection points are needed thereby reducing the time required to evaluate a section of pipeline. Tx-150 are constant current transmitters which transmit a 4Hz mapping frequency suitable for pipeline surveys.
